3. Buying & Selling

ReelBuy is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Sellers are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of product listings
• Fulfilling orders in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and completing payment for purchases.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you upload (videos, photos, captions). By posting content, you grant ReelBuy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it within the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent
• Infringes on anyone's intellectual property
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive material
• Promotes hate speech, violence, or harassment

5. Payments & Fees

Certain features (such as sponsored products or promoted reels) may require payment. All fees are shown before purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated systems to scrape or abuse the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All ReelBuy branding, logos, designs, and source code are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

ReelBuy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Products listed by sellers will meet your expectations
• Any data loss will not occur

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelBuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
