- Account info: name, email, phone number, profile photo
- Seller info: store name, business details, address, phone
- Content: videos, images, captions, comments you post
- Payment info: processed by our payment partners (we don't store card data)
Information we collect automatically
- Device info: model, OS, app version, unique device IDs
- Usage data: features used, time spent, interactions
- Location: approximate location based on IP (precise only if you allow it)
- Log data: IP address, crash reports, error logs
Information from third parties
- Google Sign-In: name, email, profile photo
- Apple Sign-In: name, email (or private relay email), user ID
2. How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account
- Process transactions and send order confirmations
- Display relevant content (reels, products, recommendations)
- Send notifications, OTP codes, and updates
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security threats

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Sellers: to fulfill your orders (name, delivery address, phone)

4. Google & Apple Sign-In
If you use Google or Apple to sign in, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- A unique identifier from the provider
- Your profile photo (Google only)
We use this data only to create/authenticate your ReelBuy account. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.
5. Data Retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g., tax records).
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption, HTTPS, hashed passwords) to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure — use a strong password and keep it private.

You have the right to:
